Contact Us Within 5 Days:

• You must contact our Customer Service team within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Return Eligibility:

• The jeans must be returned with all original tags still attached.
• The jeans should be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and without any alterations.

Return Process:

• Once you contact us and your return is authorized, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
• You must send the jeans back to us within 7 days of receiving the RAN.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned jeans, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the return.
• Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return.
